Course Description
Familiarizing trainees with the benefits and applications of fertigation, the amount fertilizer crops need, types and characteristics of fertilizers, introducing the benefits of soilless cultivation and methods of implementation, dealing with different irrigation systems and preparation of nutritious solutions and their components. General objectives are todesign for irrigation network related to irrigation system, practical applications on fertigation system, and conducting fertilizer accounts.

Course Description
The course on Seed Production and Quality Management provides background in seed biology, seed technology and seed quality control and the latest developments in these fields. With aims to provide hands on experience of conducting germination experiments and analysing the outcome with respect to natural variation and the effect of seed enhancement methods; provide an introduction to the use of genomics tools to analyse and improve seed quality; and provide sufficient background to be able to address diverse questions in relation with the research on several aspects of seed biology.

Course Description
The community and the university are two important social institutions. Both community and university have organic linkage as the university cannot be seen as an independent institution isolated from the society in which it is located. However since the modern formal education system in Cambodia did not emerge from the Cambodian social system, the relationship between university and recipient community becomes crucial for analysing the problems faced by the Cambodian education system today. This course will be covered on nature of community, community need analyses, gender analyses, community resources analyses, community participatory in planning, implementation and monitoring of recent educational programmes, the approaching to share and document the differing experiences and theoretical insights, the overall process of decentralization of school education.

Course Description
The position of project management is a specialist’s primary responsibility in sustainable agriculture to serve as a technical advisor on all issues pertaining to agriculture and rural development. This position is responsible for the design, planning, monitoring and evaluation of agriculture and rural development activities within the economics growth, and it is expected to provide input into livestock, forestry and fisheries programs as needed. Thus, the key subjects of project management included the overview of project management, project initiation, project planning and project execution, project monitoring and evaluation, project closing, and project proposal/ instructional design projects. In addition, in term of the key subjects it includes project integration, project scope management, project timeframe/logframe, analysis of problem tree and objective tree, and the cost management, quality management, human resource considerations, communications, risk management and procurement management.
